• Physical Build: The CHROMASIS Bio-Technical Shower Filter features a high-grade, polished chrome exterior. This solid metallic casing is engineered for maximum durability and a seamless fit with modern bathroom fixtures.

• Visual Clarity: Please note that diagrams or graphics showing internal components (such as Vitamin C beads or KDF-55 media) are educational renderings. The actual exterior housing is solid chrome and is not transparent.

• Performance: Our premium filtration media is lab-tested to significantly reduce chlorine, heavy metals, and impurities, regardless of the sleek, solid exterior design.

2. 12-Month Limited Warranty

We stand behind the structural integrity of our products. The CHROMASIS housing is protected by a 12-Month Limited Warranty from the date of delivery.

• What is Covered: Structural manufacturing faults, internal component failure under normal household use, and missing factory parts.

• What is Not Covered: Damage resulting from incorrect installation, excessive water pressure, external impact, or natural cosmetic aging.

3. Maintenance & Performance

To ensure your water quality remains at peak levels, the internal filter cartridge must be replaced every 6 months (based on a standard two-person household). Performance and warranty coverage are strictly contingent upon regular maintenance using genuine CHROMASIS cartridges.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your consumer rights available under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
